On Monday, December 18, the 28th edition of the Panagbenga Festival 2024 was officially inaugurated in Baguio City. The launch, led by the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation Inc. and the city government, introduced the festival under the theme “Celebrating Traditions, Embracing Innovation.”
